Cheddars in Findlay

The Ranch here is "homemade". This Ranch is not thick. It reminds me more of a salad dressing than a dip. It combines a good flavor with a poor delivery system. The Ranch is pretty mediocre, but they have a ringer in the sauce department. They serve onion rings with a Cajun dipping sauce that is fantastic. It's very zesty and goes good with most appetizers.

Different menu & friendly waiter staff, however; greeter seemed to have an attitude. Would have given 5 stars if she was a little friendly.

My wife and I frequent Cheddar's quite a bit. We ordered carry-out tonight as some family was in town. Two bites into my Club sandwich, a small bug crawled out as I held the sandwich in my hands. Couldn't touch the sandwich or broccoli after that. You can see rotten lettuce in one of the photos. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Had a great time with my father. Took him there for Father's Day. Great food...great prices...and left full not wishing for more food.

Had never been to a Cheddar's before but we decided to stop and will definitely be back. I heard that the chicken strips were amazing so next time I'll have to give it a try. The. Burger was very good but I asked for some additional BBQ sauce and then it was perfect! Also, the cheese fries for an appetizer was an excellent and highly recommend selection...swap the fries in the meal for the macaroni and wallah!

By fair the best chain restaurant I ever have been to in my life. First time to this location as it is the only one near us very busy on a Sunday after fast seating happened. Are waitresses one of the best waitresses I've ever experienced at a restaurant she went above and beyond didn't have to ask for anything she knew what to do. Where do I start prices are excellent for the food that you get an portion sizes are big too!! I got the buffalo chicken wrap also got the cheese curds very big size portion very delicious not to mention the croissants are out of this world good!! Highly recommend this place in my opinion it's definitely worth the drive for us which is about 45 minutes long.

My Mac and cheese was barely warm and tasted gummy. The chicken tenders were delicious and very hot. Free croissant appetizer is nice.

High Quality food. Kids menu, so if your planning on going there, bring your kid.

Personally, I think the food is just okay. But my family from out of town loves it. I just think there are better options in Findlay.

This is a very good restaurant to eat at. Food is amazing and the Painkillers are even better. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

This place is soooo good! Those ribs are to die for. Along with the broccoli and cheese casserole. But my favorite of all waa those #HoneyButterCroissants 😋

Very busy at lunch time, on a Saturday. Nice helping of food. Forgot my appetizer. Waitress had to many full tables. Overall, good experience.

Tried the Monte Cristo and wasn't impressed with it but my boyfriend's steak was off the wall!

Ordered two spinach dips togo for about 7 dollars a piece. Received two tiny togo cups half full. Seems like every time I go here they find a new way to disappoint me.

Great restaurant. One of our favorite places to eat. We had a great meal that was hot and tasted delicious. Very little wait. Had a great waiter. The meals are reasonably priced. We drove 2 hours to eat at this Cheddar's. It was well worth the drive. As always when stopping at any Cheddar's we are never disappointed.

Food tastes great, friendly wait staff, good service. Nice and large dining area, lots of menu choices. Bathrooms are nicer than most people's homes.Only reason for four stars instead of five is because the prices are a bit up-scale while the portions sizes are a bit smaller than expected.TLDR: Would eat there again for a special occasion.

Cheddar's was an overall positive experience. The staff were hospitable, friendly, and genuine. Our waiter was a little "robotic" and didn't seem very interested in being personable, but he was still attentive to our needs and delivered reliable service. The food was delicious but it didn't quite align with the menu descriptions or expectations. The Chicken Cesar Pasta salad was in fact a Chicken Cesar salad with about 5 or 6 pasta noodles in it. Additionally, the chicken was sliced so thin that it presented more like sliced deli meat than cooked chicken breast. The club sandwich was well put together and the bread was nicely toasted. The flavors and quality of the food were good, the prices for the lunch menu (which is why we chose Cheddar's in this case) were appropriate for their portion size, and the restaurant was clean. Nothing stood out as exemplary, but nothing was unpleasant either. Cheddar's is a chain that I would be happy to visit again.

I like the restaurant, I understand just open back up from all the pandemic mess. But I only gave it 3 stars do to the food was not impressed with at all. Service was excellent, fast and friendly. I had ordered full rack of the ribs, way way over done, and didn't fall of the bone and didn't have any smoked flavor. My gf ordered a cheeseburger and the hamburger was way over done no flavor.

I like Cheddars and eat there regularly. The only issue we have is that their food and service is sometimes inconsistent. We still enjoy going there though.

I asked for the Manager bc of an issue when he got to where I was i could smell the alcohol he was very intoxicated plus I was over charged for my bill. It was suppose to be $35 and end up charging me $65 will not go back very disappointed

I can't say one good thing about their top sirloin. Looks like it was pan fried, and tasted like hamburger. The ribs were very fatty and bland. Our server was nice to offer a replacement. I just didn't want anything else. The cheesy fries with bacon was very good though.

I have ate at this place since i was a child. It always had good food. But here in the last few years it really went down hill. Raw chicken, under cooked steak, hair in salad, and here recently had the "new chicken Alfredo" it was so bland. Tasted like prego from a jar. The garlic bread was raw and doughy, how do you mess up garlic bread!!! No refills on any drink. Absolutely just bad. I keep going back hoping it will be better. But i think i give up. If you want better food, go else where, even McDonald's would be better.

Philly Steak was to die for. Add to that a loaded baked potato and for dessert a monster chocolate chip cookie with homemade fudge, ice cream, whipped cream and sprinkled nuts and you've got pure delight this side of heaven. Misty was a perfect waitress.

Average chain. The inside was filthy. We watched the bus boy cleaning the table, if you can call it that. He took no care at all. Especially with covid stuff you think they would be more cautious but they weren't. Most of the people working their didn't care about wearing their mask or wore it improperly. Only saving grace was our waitress, Tess, she was great.

The first was delicious and we had the best waiter ever! I think his name was Jalen. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in town!

The lightest Croissants I've had. Good food, friendly Staff, and no wait. Definitely want to come back.

The food is really awesom perfection.... Very clean place.... For the desert order for each one or 2 person 1 chocolate trifle mini... As taste its like small shot cup from heaven.... Then order hot fudge cake sundae which is big and can serve 3 to 4 adults its big and sweet mercy i can't have enough of it... If i knew it was this good i would of make it my main course.... Best place I've eaten in for a long time and i promise it wouldn’t be the last not even for this week.

Service was terrible, my mashed potatoes tasted like they were spoiled I didn't eat my meal and the server never asked why. Server dropped half our appetizer chips and said oh well, didn't offer to replace them over all experience was horrible.

I liked my dinner a lot. My wife however was disappointed with the food and service. Over all I'd say the food average with the potential for greatness.

We were passing here on vacation and stopped for lunch to go. I’ve ate inside Cheddars many times but this was my first time getting take out. Everything was very tasty like always except the slaw. I’ve eaten the slaw several times before and it was always good and creamy but this time it wasn’t. In fact it was so dry and tasteless and I couldn’t eat it. If it hadn’t been for the slaw, I would’ve given 5 stars.

One of my favorite places. I've never been disappointed. My personal favorites are the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and the grilled chicken Alfredo. The portions are always generous and the prices are very reasonable.They have a very impressive kids menu as well. Our waitress was Avery and she was fantastic.

Great service, our waitress heard we were out of towners celebrating a birthday and the waitress paid more attention to us than any place I've been in the last year. The food was delicious😋, the tenderest chicken I've eaten in a long time and the portions to price were perfect. I really felt like I got my money's💰 worth unlike when I go to places like Texas Roadhouse or Red Lobster. If I had one closer to where I live this would be a regular stop. Oh and the drinks are not only huge but good.

It was overall a great experience as always. Salad was great, food was warm and cooked correctly. On a side note, my daughter asked for a refill on her drink and felt like she waited too long to get it. (It was a reasonable amount of time in my opinion) She made the statement to me that our server must have forgot about her, literally receiving her drink as she ended the sentence. I called my daughter out on it and made her apologize to the server for doubting her. On a second side note, my son also wanted a refill on his drink and started waving it around in the air to get her attention. I made him aware that was not how that should be handled, and he also apologized. My youngest (3yo) was very upset that he couldnt get a happy meal, but after explaining that we were not at McDonald's, and corporate hadn't approved a happy meal option, he was mostly happy with his meal regardless of the lack of a cheap Chinese made toy. Overall a successful trip.

Bartender was not interested in talking to my boyfriend and I.... she seemed to like everyone else just fine though. Thank goodness for bar assistant. I wish we couldve just tipped him. He was courteous and apologetic after noticing the lack of service we happened to be recieving. We still tipped over 20%, for one, we wanted assistant to get a little more. And for two, remind her she shouldn't judge a book by its cover. So other then feeling discriminated against, it was great.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the service and food were. We had a large group and they were busy when we arrived. The estimated time for a table was spot on! Our food was very good.

We always have great service here. We have a big family and they always get us in quickly, served in a timely fashion and of course the food is hot, fresh and delicious. My kids especially like their yummy mac n cheese!

This is definitely worth the 45 min drive. They weren't really busy we were seated promptly. The menu is vast and has a selection for everybody. The hand cut breaded onion rings were great. Just a nice little crisp with excellent dipping sauces. The chicken tenders/shrimp combination was amazing. The cajun shirimp/chicken/ sausage penne in a spicy cajun alfredo was very good as well. I just wish it was served a little warmer (food temp not spice) The side dish green beans were great tasting. Looking foward to coming back.
